About
Everyone secretly picks a single letter. After a three-second countdown the letters reveal simultaneously and everyone races to type a real English word that fits them. Fastest valid word takes the round.
Three modes share the same timer, settings and scoring. Duel puts two players head to head — the word starts with one letter and ends with the other. Round robin seats up to six and rotates the pairings with the circle method, so nobody duels three rounds back to back while someone else watches the whole first half. Letter hunt drops the position rule entirely: the word just has to contain everyone's letter, anywhere.
It runs entirely in the browser over a peer-to-peer connection. No backend, no accounts, no install — the host shares a room code and play starts. Spectators in round robin get a live activity feed showing each duellist's word length as it grows, which the rival deliberately never sees.
How to play
- One player hosts and shares the room code. Everyone else joins with it — no accounts, no install.
- The host picks the mode, the time limit and the minimum word length. Everyone sees the rules before the first letter is picked.
- Secretly choose one letter. Your tile flips face-down once you lock it in.
- On the three-second countdown every letter reveals at once. Start typing.
- Submit a real English word that fits the letters. In duel it starts with one and ends with the other; in letter hunt it just has to contain them all.
- Fastest valid word takes the round. Play until someone's had enough.
